You do this by interacting with the helicopter, which will cause options, similar to those you receive from NPCs, to appear on screen. These options will be a plus and a minus sign and you need to push them until the message on the helicopter's radio becomes readable. You can mark your progress by how much of the message is visible on the screen - if a word disappears once you've pressed an option, then you need to press the opposite one. According to our research, the order in which you need to press these options appears to be random. We completed this challenge by selecting the plus sign three times and the minus once, but some players have only had to press plus and then minus. Either way, it won't take you very long to tune the radio and then you can enjoy a small piece of foreshadowing for upcoming storyline events!
