Once there you need to hit the nearby Timeshift Stone, uncovering it with a bomb if necessary, to return this area to the past. You'll then be able to climb the nearby vines and ledge to reach the party wheel. With Scrapper in tow, you can now return to Dodoh on Fun Fun Island. Go along the ledge to find the party wheel. Upon the return of his party wheel, Dodoh will open up the Fun Fun Island mini-game for business and you'll receive five Gratitude Crystals.
