Instead, you need to keep defeating it in Mega Raids until you've collected enough Mega Lopunny Energy for its evolution. While this used to take around three Mega Raids to get the requisite amount of Mega Energy, you can frequently just do it in one, thanks to the 2022 Mega Raid rebalancing.
