Rising of the Shield Hero Season 1 Season 1 of Rising of the Shield Hero started with the main character Naofumi getting summoned into another world. Along with him, three people also got summoned. All four of them had the task of becoming Cardinal Heroes and fight against inter-dimensional monsters. Due to some developments, Naofumi got banished from the kingdom and went on to do things in his way. In his journey, he met a slave Raphtalia who went on to become his partner. Similarly, Naofumi met a bird monster Filo who became his companion. Season 1 concluded with the kingdom finally recognizing Naofumi as a hero and some more reveal on inter-dimensional monsters. Season 2 of Rising of the Shield Hero will provide us more information on these inter-dimensional creatures called waves.
