You'll most likely first encounter Scyther in the Grandtree Arena of the Obsidian Fieldlands, which is where you battle Noble Kleavour. Once you have a Black Augurite, all you have to do is select the item in your inventory and use it on the Scyther you wish to evolve. It will then transform into your new Kleavor! Metal Coats can be purchased from the Trading Post for 1,000 Merit Points or you may receive one from catching a Scizor in the wild. Scizors only appear in the Space-time Distortions which occur in Alabaster Icelands and you may find one with higher Effort Levels than the Scyther you wish to evolve.
