The game opens with a character creator, allowing you to set V's skin tone, hairstyles, eye colour, scars and more. However, if you're paralysed with choice like us, it might be worth knowing how important your appearance in Cyberpunk 2077 - especially as it's a first-person game - and the good news is, following a post-release update, it's possible to change your appearance later in the game.
