The N64 Switch Controller Will Be Out Of Stock For Quite A While 4 November 2021 by Richard Breslin Nintendo has confirmed that the wireless N64 Nintendo Switch controller is completely out of stock and will not be available until 2022. When the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack was announced in September, it was also revealed that N64 and SEGA Mega Drive’s games would be added to the NSO service. For an additional cost, of course. These Nintendo 64 and SEGA Mega Drive wireless controllers will be available for all #NintendoSwitchOnline members to order soon. One was an N64 controller and the other was for the SEGA Mega Drive. Both controllers would be used for their respective Nintendo Switch Online library of games.ADVERT ADVERT However, as you can imagine, many fans were clamouring to get their hands on the wireless controllers. In typical Nintendo fashion, there was not enough stock for demand, and ultimately the N64 Switch controller quickly became out of stock. The controller is out of stock in the US, Canada and Europe. Credit: Nintendo Unfortunately, if you want to get your hands on the wireless N64 controller, you will be in for a long wait. On the US Nintendo online store, it was confirmed that new controllers won’t be in stock until next year. On the product page, it reads: “more controllers will be available in 2022.” At this time there is no date as to when the N64 controllers will be available to buy, as we just have the vague 2022 window.
