Here’ s Your First Look At The New Boba Fett Star Wars TV Show 1 November 2021 by Joshua Boyles Disney has just released a trailer for The Book of Boba Fett, giving us our first look at the upcoming Star Wars TV series. The Book of Boba Fett is a sequel series to the incredibly successful Mandalorian show. Disney originally teased it at the end of The Mandalorian Season 2. In a post credit scene, Boba Fett could be seen taking over the throne of Jabba the Hutt on Tatooine. His accomplice, Fennec Shand, still sits by his side. You can watch the new trailer for yourself below!ADVERT ADVERT This is where the fun begins In the new trailer, we see Temuera Morrison reprise his role as the iconic bounty hunter. However, we hear Fett explain that he no longer thinks of himself in that role. A description for the series explains that Boba Fett and Fennec Shand will explore the galaxy’s underworld as they make a claim for Jabba the Hutt’s syndicate territory. Just like The Mandalorian, Jon Favreau, and Kathleen Kennedy return as executive producers on the series. They’re also joined by Robert Rodriguez and Colin Wilson with Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beck serving as co-executive producers. Credit: Disney Fans were ecstatic to see Boba Fett return in the second season of The Mandalorian. The action-heavy episode that features Boba’s prominent return is one of the highest rated in the series. A third season of The Mandalorian is on the way, though there’s no confirmed release date for that just yet.ADVERT ADVERT Star Wars: Visions has shown that exploring new areas of the Star Wars universe can be far more interesting than retreading old characters. However, Boba Fett famously only has around five minutes of screen time in the original trilogy of films. I think it’s fair that the character is explored a little further in his own show. The Book of Boba Fett will begin on December 29th 2021 with episodes releasing on a weekly basis. According to IMDB, the season will be made up of eight episodes.
