London baby, yeah! ‘ Fallout London’ Gameplay Unveiled Looks Like The Best Fallout In Years 20 May 2022 by Richard Breslin Fallout: London Gameplay has been unveiled, and it looks like it might just be the best Fallout game in years. It’s amazing! Described as a “DLC-sized mod” for Fallout 4, this awesome creation is giving fans something that has been asked of Bethesda for years. The London mod serves as a “continuation of the base game,” and allows “the player to visit the previously unexplored post-apocalyptic environment of London.” The gameplay in question is a behemoth-sized 18-minute deepdive which gives us an in-depth look at post-apocalyptic London. By the time this mod has finished its development, it aims to be the size of the Fallout 4s Commonwealth map.ADVERT ADVERT This is an ambitious mod Credit: Fallout London/Bethesda “As a divergence from previous official titles in the series, Fallout: London is not set in America,” reads the press release. “Visiting a totally new setting allows for us to explore totally new cultures which have not homogenised with their American counterparts. It also allows us to explore pre-war European history, and the effects the Resource Wars had on the class structured society of pre-war Britain.” Interestingly in the mod, the Forced Evolutionary Virus from the US hasn’t reached the UK. This means that Fallout: London will not feature any Super Mutants or even Deathclaws, well at least not yet. Furthermore, it will also feature no Vault-Tec. Not all will be familiar This mod will bring a unique perspective on what we’re used to in the world of Fallout offering some new dangers.
