Perhaps hinting at the truth behind Simon Miller’s initial tweet.ADVERT ADVERT However, as reported by Eurogamer, confirmation was received that the WWE RPG is real and it is happening. The news was revealed during a recent WWE financial call and details will be revealed “soon.” Credit: 2K “[WWE] recently signed a new deal in the role-playing game space that will be announced soon,” said WWE chief brand manager, Stephanie McMahon. “We also continue to evaluate the metaverse, both walled garden environments that already exist as well as decentralised properties. Look to hear more in the coming months.” Don t get too excited However, before we get excited, it looks like this WWE RPG will be a mobile game. “We continue to see strength in the performance of our mobile games with 2K and Scopely, SuperCard and Champions,” added McMahon during the call.ADVERT ADVERT As you may know, the two games mentioned above, WWE SuperCard and WWE Champions are mobile games.
