Skyrim Player Plays Round Of Golf Using NPC Heads As Balls 6 May 2022 by Oisin Kuhnke It’s a lovely day for a spot of golf, and this one player in Skyrim decided to do just that, but used NPCs as golf balls. Skyrim is a game that’s filled with plenty of things to do, but for those who like to hit small balls across large stretches of grass, it’s a bit lacking. That’s no problem for Reddit user CaliWuv though, as they have found a way to do some golfing in Skyrim through mods. Though it isn’t exactly the most conventional of golfing techniques. As you can see in the video below, CaliWuv specifically did so by playing the game in VR. This probably isn’t unsurprising, as being able to position yourself to play golf in the regular version of Skyrim might be a bit difficult. In the post itself they explain that they used a few physics mods so that it would work properly.ADVERT ADVERT Did some golfing back out in the rim, how’s my form? from skyrim how did they do it For one, CaliWuv uses the VRIK mod which displays the player character’s entire body. As well as match the way the player moves. And they also use the HIGGS mod which provides more collision between the player model and the world. Thanks to these mods, CaliWuv was able to play golf in Skyrim VR, while using NPCs as golf balls and a paddle as the club. CaliWuv clearly has quite the swing on them, but whether it’s a hole in one we can’t say for sure. All we know is that this is the best thing to happen to golf since golf.
