Marvel’ s Avengers 2022 Roadmap Appears To Be Cancelled 25 April 2022 by Oisin Kuhnke Unfortunately for Marvel’s Avengers fans, it looks like the next roadmap for the game promised earlier this year has been cancelled. It seems that Marvel’s Avengers just isn’t capable of being problem free at any given moment. Marve’s Avengers fans have been expecting a big roadmap for the next wave of content since February. But that isn’t looking likely any more. As reported by Forbes, a post on the Marvel’s Avengers subreddit from a developer on the game essentially confirmed the team didn’t have a detailed roadmap covering what’s coming next. “If your definition of ‘roadmap’ is a solid 6+ month plan we’re ready to share with players, then no that doesn’t exist,” wrote developer CD_NickE.ADVERT ADVERT The developer went on to explain that Crystal Dynamics does have a general outline over what it wants to do with the game over “x” months. But the studio isn’t ready to share all of that yet. We aren’t yet ready to reveal the next full roadmap…” The specific phrasing of “full roadmap” is what led people to assume that there is one coming. CD_NickE did go on to say that the team did set up some expectations that they’re “now having to reset.” It definitely isn’t the end of the world that Crystal Dynamic doesn’t have a full roadmap in place. As we do know that Jane Foster’s Mighty Thor is on the way. But miscommunication has been a major issue for Marvel’s Avengers throughout its life.
