PlayStation offers ‘ priority’ customer service for Stars members 30 September 2022 by Richard Breslin PlayStation Stars offers “priority” customer service for worthy high-tier Star members, as part of its new rewards program. Launching in October 2022 in the west, PlayStation Stars will reward members with loyalty points and can spend them in a catalogue, on PSN wallet funds or even a discount from the PS Store. Players will earn Stars by acquiring Trophies, completing quests and more.ADVERT ADVERT Only the best customer service for Level 4 members However, PlayStation fans in Japan are not happy with a certain perk of the Stars program, and for good reason. If you are a Level 4 Stars member, you will receive better PlayStation customer service. So, if you’re a lowly Level 1, expect long queue times to get the service you need.ADVERT ADVERT As reported by VGC, those that achieve Level 4 membership will unlock “priority in the chat order” when contacting PlayStation Customer Support. Level 4 is achieved when buying four full-priced games and earning 128 Rare Trophies. After all, you’d think that everyone deserves the same level of customer service. I guess we won’t know until it rolls out on our shores. PlayStation Stars arrives in the USA on October 5, and for Europe and Australia on October 13.
