This week the United Kingdom and much of the world are in mourning due to the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. A reign that lasted 70 years from February 6th, 1952 to September 8th, 2022. As a result, some businesses might be required to adjust plans to counter media attention. One such company could be Nintendo. The rumoured Nintendo Direct has been described as a “Zelda blowout” and its expected Wind Waker, as well as Twilight Princess ports, will be announced for the Nintendo Switch. Sources speculate on delayed Nintendo Direct However, Twitch streamer Quarterdann claimed that this rumoured “Zelda blowout” will be delayed due to the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.
