Yakuza developer announces RGG summit next week 8 September 2022 by Richard Breslin Yakuza developer announce an RGG summit next week, which takes place a day before the Tokyo Game Show 2022 kicks off. The Tokyo Game Show takes place from September 15th to the 18th. However, before that time arrives, it looks like Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio will be treating us to some Yakuza goodness. The next Yakuza game has been teased Furthermore, back in July this year, the eighth mainline entry in the Yakuza series was very subtly announced. It all happened during a studio tour featuring SEGA president Haruki Satomi and RGG’s Masayoshi Yokoyama.ADVERT ADVERT In a developer diary-style video, off-screen images of Yakuza 8 were very deliberately revealed. We can only speculate on what games will be on show, but it’s likely that we’ll at least get the follow-up to Yakuza: Like a Dragon.
