For years fans have been speculating about Joel’s age in The Last of Us. At least up until now, developer Naughty Dog hasn’t revealed how old the beloved character really is. Meaning by the time the game jumps forward 20 years, Joel could be 50 years old.ADVERT ADVERT Well, it seems that most of the fan theories were correct and Joel is in fact 52 years old as confirmed in The Last of Us remake. During the “Quarantine Zone” chapter taking place 20 years after the Cordyceps outbreak, Joel and Tess attempt to pass through a government checkpoint. Sadly, we don’t know for sure how old Tess is.
