Before the full release of Overwatch, players can download the game so they’re ready to jump in as soon as the servers are live. But when is the Overwatch 2 preload and when does it go live on each platform? Read on to find out. Overwatch 2 Launch TrailerSubscribe to VGC on YouTube Overwatch 2 When does preload go live Overwatch 2 preload begins on September 30 1:30pm PT / 4:30pm ET / 9:30pm BST / 10:30pm CEST for PC players who already own Overwatch. On console, preloading for the game is expected to take place much later, on October 4th 9am PT / 12pm PT / 5pm BST / 6pm CEST. The game will then launch later that day on October 4th, at 12pm PT / 3pm ET / 8pm BST / 9pm CEST.
