It brings back the narrative, choose-your-own adventure style of the original but with a new story. The New Tales from the Borderlands characters are also new, containing a list of original and interesting cast members. There are three main New Tales from the Borderlands characters, but there are a whole host of side characters and villains to go along with this. Below, we've put everything we know about these characters, who they are, and a little about their background. New Tales from the Borderlands characters All the New Tales from the Borderlands characters are: Anu Octavio Fran LOU13 Susan Phuong TIMM-E Sponsorbot Anu A high-strung genius, Anu is opposed to all forms of violence and killing. She trusts in the power of science to fix all things. Anu also works for Atlas, where she tries to make things better from the inside. Octavio Octavio is the street-smart brother of Anu and is her complete opposite. Whereas Anu takes a scientific and logical approach, Octavio dabbles in the black market and hacking. Fran Fran is angry and has a hard time controlling her temper. Fran is also in a hoverchair and does have a soft side to her personality – you just have to find it. LOU13 LOU13 might be eloquent, but this robot is a a cold-blooded assassin with a database full of targets. LOU13 is the very definition of the sad clown, and pursues a life of comedy as a side hustle to his assassination shenanigans. Susan In case her looks didn't give away her villainous nature, Susan is the CEO of the Tediore weapons corp. She has grand designs on the weapons market and is seeking to turn humans into the actual weapons, rather then just selling them. Phuong Phuong is Research Assistant at Atlas and is tasked with grounding Anu at work. She takes it upon herself to keep up to date with all the latest gossip and plays Vaultlanders in her down time. TIMM-E TIMM-E is the subservient personal assistant of Rhys Strongfork, CEO of Atlas. He helps him in any way he can, which includes turning into a cushion to be sat on. Sponsorbot Sponsorbot is Fran's legally mandated companion who tries to calm her down when she starts seeing red and exists as a hybrid life coach and spiritual guru.
