Modern Warfare 2 best Perks The best Perks in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 are: Overkill Resupply Scavenger Fast Hands Focus Ghost Overkill  &ndash Base Perk Overkill allows you to carry two primary weapons. This means that no longer do you have to swap to a little pistol when you run out of ammo – now you can whip out another assault rifle. This is particularly handy for snipers, who can have a fully kitted out primary to swap to when action gets too close. Resupply &ndash Base Perk The Resupply Perk is simple but brilliant. If you are planning on long killstreaks and are going to be up-close-and-personal this perk is one you should have. Focus &ndash Bonus Perk Focus is one of the strongest perks ever in Call of Duty and it has moved in and out of the meta over the years. But, here it is incredibly valuable especially as the flinch in Modern Warfare 2 is quite strong. So, if you want to stay on target, or are using a sniper and want more 'Hold Breath' duration, add this one to your loadout. Ghost &ndash Ultimate  Perk Ghost is similar to Cold Blooded but takes invisibility to another level. Ghost makes you undetectable by UAVs, Portable Radars, and Heartbeat Sensors.
