It was something that was consistently pointed out by analysts as the missing piece to an already impressive resume. That changed after the Warriors defeated the Boston Celtics for the 2022 championship. On "VladTV," former NBA player Glen Davis said that Curry should now be in the conversation as one of the greatest of all-time. "The man can win MVP of the league, he can do all this, break all kind of records, but if he doesn't get that Finals MVP, he's not considered a (Michael) Jordan, he's not considered a Magic Johnson – you know what I mean?
