Jeter spoke about it in the sixth episode of his multi-part docuseries, "The Captain," which aired on August 4. In a February 2009 interview with ESPN, Rodriguez confessed to taking steroids while he was playing for the Texas Rangers. "When I arrived in Texas in 2001, I felt an enormous amount of pressure.
