Last updated on 4 hours ago4 hours ago. From the section Championshipcomments34Ryan Longman's second goal in as many games wrapped up Hull's win Managerless Hull saw off Rotherham in convincing style to earn back-to-back wins for the first time this season. Jacob Greaves bundled City ahead from close range, but Dan Barlaser crashed a shot in off the post from the corner of the 18-yard box to level in first-half stoppage-time. Cyrus Christie's low drive beat Rotherham goalkeeper Viktor Johansson at his near post to restore the lead before Ryan Longman's close-range finish made it 3-1. Ozan Tufan capped an impressive second half with Hull's fourth before Georgie Kelly converted Tom Eaves' low cross for a late consolation.Relive Saturday's EFL actionLatest Championship table Having picked up just two points on the road before Wednesday's victory at Blackpool, an impressive display earned Hull a second away win in four days and Andy Dawson a third victory in six matches as interim manager. It lifts the Tigers further clear of the relegation places, up to 16th and four points above the bottom three, while Rotherham remain 11th. Hull started with the early momentum, Greg Docherty forcing Johansson to turn his low drive around the post, but the Millers grew into the game, with Ben Wiles' fierce half-volley forcing Hull keeper Nathan Baxter to tip over. Greaves' first career goal in 141 senior games was not a thing of beauty, but looked to have given City a precious half-time lead. But Hull's hopes of a second clean sheet of the season were quickly extinguished moments later when Barlaser equalised in style. It proved a temporary blip though as two goals in seven minutes put the visitors in control before Tufan added the gloss with a cool finish. Kelly's late goal, his third of the season, merely limited the scale of the defeat. Rotherham manager Matt Taylor told BBC Radio Sheffield: "They (Hull) were impressive, we weren't. We weren't there today - that was apparent from about the first 10 minutes of the game. "We were a yard short all over the pitch which accounted for a lot. We somehow found ourselves level at half-time, tried to readdress a few aspects but the same patterns occurred in the second half. "People coming into the stadium today were saying 'we haven't won three games on the bounce before at this level' and there's a reason for that - it's not easy and the effort the players put into Tuesday (against Stoke), it took so much out of them. "We tried to freshen it up before the game, we tried to fresh it up at half-time, we tried to freshen up as the game went on, but the same patterns occurred." Hull interim manager Andy Dawson told BBC Radio Humberside: "I thought to a man we worked extremely hard tactically and technically in the right areas, we were willing to put our bodies on the line and the first half was going to plan right to the last kick of it. "We brushed that disappointment away and the second-half performance was absolutely top drawer, I thought they were excellent. I really enjoyed watching them and we looked a really good football team." (On the vacant manager's role): "I haven't spoken to anyone, but like I've said from minute one, if this team plays well and the fans come and we get three points and everyone goes home happy, whatever part I am in that I'm more than comfortable."Line-upsMatch StatsLive TextLine-ups

18:57City were brilliant - especially in the second half. They played like true Tigers and sent all the travelling fans home happy though we could have easily had six or seven. Up The Tigers!110LComment posted by Laughing At TheMiller today at 18 52Laughing At TheMiller
