Makhachev was forced to pull out of his meeting with Drew Dober on April 16, 2016, at UFC on Fox 19 after failing an out-of-competition drug screening ahead of the bout. The Dagestani phenom is currently on a 10-fight win streak ahead of his bout against Charles Oliveira for the vacant lightweight championship at UFC 280 in Abu Dhabi.
