Strahan has been co-hosting the show since 2016 alongside Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos. Before his full-time gig at GMA, Strahan was a co-host on Live! with Kelly and Michael, who had a successful 4-year run. Strahan, in recent years, has missed some GMA shows that have always made his fans curious about what he will do next. Once again, the former defensive end is missing from the show, and this raises the question of whether he has left the broadcast. Fans took to social media to raise questions about his absence, but there has been no concrete proof of the reason behind him missing on air. Apart from co-hosting GMA, Strahan also hosts $100,000 Pyramid on ABC, which is produced by SMAC Productions and Sony Pictures. During the NFL season, he took up a job as an analyst on Fox NFL Sunday. Strahan also hosts the Thursday Night Football pre-game show live from New York City alongside fellow Pro Football Hall of Famers Tony Gonzalez, Terry Bradshaw, and Howie Long.
