He was dressed in the traditional Uchiha clan mantle, which featured the clan's emblem on the back. He additionally wore a belt and harness in the form of an "X" with several pouches and a large equipment pouch on the back. A sword was also strapped to his back. His Mangekyo Sharingan was shaped like a dark spiral that circled his pupil. Rai s Abilities Rai had access to the Sharingan because he was an Uchiha and he could use Izanagi, one of its most legendary techniques. He was so skilled at using the potent technique that he could target other people outside of his nearby surroundings even influencing a whole battlefield.
