Liverpool are willing to offer Joe Gomez in a player-plus-cash deal to sign Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, as per CalcioMercatoWeb (h/t CaughtOffside). Strengthening the midfield is the need of the hour at Anfield.
