I am a fitness enthusiast and I recently started to do strength training. Since the gyms are no more open for my daily workout, I had to find an alternative to do it from home. That’s when I started using the mini resistance band. They come in packs of 3 with varying resistance. What makes it stand out is that it’s compact, affordable, easily stored, and can be carried anywhere you go.

Here's everything you have to know about Resistance BandsREAD MORESandhya Reddy
Having a healthy routine during this pandemic has become a great challenge. With the gyms and fitness centers closed, there is no other way besides working out at home. Thanks to virtual media for keeping us connected to various kinds of online fitness activities.I am a fitness enthusiast and I recently started to do strength training. Since the gyms are no more open for my daily workout, I had to find an alternative to do it from home. That’s when I started using the mini resistance band. They come in packs of 3 with varying resistance. What makes it stand out is that it’s compact, affordable, easily stored, and can be carried anywhere you go.
WHY IS IT WORTH BUYING br
The most important reason is that they come in varying resistance of 5-6-7 kgs all in one single pack. This makes it easier to switch from one level of resistance to another without having to buy them separately. These three levels of resistance give you a gentle introduction to your exercises while gradually strengthening your entire body. They are super comfortable to use and are very durable. I’ve been using them regularly for a month now and have no complaints about the quality of the product.HOW IS IT EFFECTIVE br
Using a resistance band increases effectiveness without risking damage to your joints. These mini-bands are ideal for lower body warm-up and strength training. You can use them for strengthening workouts like glute bridges, lunges and also helps to correct your lifting form. It feels easier at the start of the moment but once you start to tire the resistance increases. You can always start your training with low-intensity workouts and slowly increase the intensity to get good results. Try out different exercises and try to play with the length of the bands and make it more fun. There are three levels of resistance bands in a pack of mini resistance bands.Level 1 (5kg – Turquoise): Light Level 2 (6kg – Burgundy): MediumLevel 3 (7kg - Black): HardThe 3 levels of resistance help to progress with you and your exercises. These loop bands are good for warming up, mobility, and glute strengthening.WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A MINI RESISTANCE BAND br
These bands can be used to increase the strength and stability of your lower body. Example: glute bridges, lunges, glute walk, and other low-intensity workouts.By placing them around your knee or ankle while doing glutes or lunges helps with glute activation and mobility.Use a mini band while doing lifts like hip thrust, squats, and leg extensions helps to get the extra tension in the hips It can also be used in few upper body workouts. The mini band is good for your shoulder and elbows stabilization. They are also great to use in weight training. It helps to strengthen your core and maintain proper form. MOST COMMON PROBLEM WITH MINI RESISTANCE BANDS br
The most common complaint about resistance bands is that they easily break. Lots of them also complain about the durability of the bands very often. Whether you are using them at the gym or home, it’s important to know the right way to use them.HOW TO AVOID SUCH PROBLEMS br
Indeed, you can’t use the bands for very intense workouts if their resistance is low. If you ask me if they tear easily. The answer is ‘No’. You must know which level of resistance bands are to be used for a particular exercise. In case you want to do a high-intensity workout make sure you use the high resistance band as lighter ones would certainly break. If you are a beginner doing light exercises like glute walk and low-intensity workouts, then you can use the light resistance band. You can gradually increase the level of difficulty by using the medium and high resistance bands for some high-intensity workouts or workouts with more movements.MY PERSONAL OPINION AFTER USING THE PRODUCT
Mini resistance bands have now been a part of my daily workout routine. It makes my workout a whole lot better. I’d certainly recommend this product to everyone who’s been wanting to start strength training at home without having to invest in huge equipment that takes over space at home. My suggestion to you all is to understand which level of a resistance band to use for certain exercises for them to last longer. In that case, you’d not have any complaints about the durability of the product. In case you like to start working out with mini resistance bands, I’d personally recommend you to buy this one. For more information about the price and warranty do check the product out on the decathlon website or app. If you have the nearest store that is open, don’t hesitate to walk in and check the product out.
