It really depends on your child. Bow and arrow sets are available for children from 3 years old also but it's important to identify a slightly more responsible age (under supervision ofcourse) To determine if your kid is prepared to take it up as a hobby, we recommend a certain age we feel suitable.
Beyond simply copying you, they can shoot from 7 years old in your company and under your supervision. Why 7 years old you may ask?
So that the bow's draw weight is suitable to their small arms so they can shoot properly. "It's because you need a bit of strength" to be able to draw a bowstring properly.
From 7 years old your child will actually have enough physical balance and strength to hold a bow. You'll essentially need to have a bit of patience, the ability to concentrate to hit the target.
Has your child proved themselves to be an ace at shooting? If they like it, you can take them to an archery club that will be delighted to help them further develop their skills, and why not support them to even compete.
