Fruit pops are a refreshing snack and a fun way for children and adults to eat more fruit.

Number of servings

Serves 6 Low SodiumHealthy carbLow Fat

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups diced strawberries, cantaloupe and watermelon 1/2 cup blueberries 2 cups 100% apple juice 6 paper cups (6-8 ounces each) 6 craft sticks

Directions

Mix the fruit together and divide evenly into the paper cups. Pour 1/3 cup of juice into each paper cup. Place the cups on a level surface in the freezer. Freeze until partially frozen, approximately 1 hour. Insert a stick into center of each cup. Freeze until firm.
