Word Count: 1.1K It was finally spring in Musutafu, and the warm, breezy air left you feeling so peaceful. Your windows were open and there was a pile of homework in front of you, but the questions on the exercises that Mr. Aizawa had assigned were not the ones you wanted answered. You turned in your swivel chair to spot your best friend, Shouto Todoroki, sprawled out across your blue carpet, reading a book. It was cute, seeing him like this. His hair was a little messy from the static that his clothes and the carpet had created - some red pieces invading the white hair's territory and vice versa. His head was being propped up with his hand, which was currently squishing his cheek, creating a funny expression as he silently reacted to what was happening on the pages of his book. This sight of him was so normal now that you wouldn't think twice about it, but it took a while for the both of you to get to such a good place in your friendship. If you had to compare the experience of becoming friends with Shouto to anything, it would be like taming a wild animal. You had to show advances, very slowly yet deliberately, in order to gain his trust. But, over time, he began to warm up to you.
