About this book

Ronald Kriedel untersucht, welche Kompetenzen ein Entrepreneur in der komplexen und dynamischen Gründungsphase benötigt und ob es möglich ist, anhand eines Lernzielkatalogs mögliche Defizite zu messen und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen abzuleiten. Auf Basis des Konstrukts der ‚entrepreneurialen Systemkompetenz’ entwickelt der Autor einen Test, durch den es erstmals möglich ist, die Qualität dieser Kompetenz zu messen. Für den immer wichtigeren Bereich des Entrepreneurship ergibt sich hieraus eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten, wie z.B. die Beratung von Gründerinnen und Gründern.
