About this book

Alle Studierende der Elektrotechnik müssen mehr oder weniger intensiv die trockene, aber in sich harmonisch geschlossene Maxwelltheorie elektromagnetischer Vorgänge in Vorlesungen und Eigenstudium erlernen. Die darin vorkommenden Hürden sind bei Anfängern oft mathematischer Natur: Gewöhnliche und partielle Differentialgleichungen, Vektoranalysis und die Unterscheidung lokaler und globaler Ergebnisse voneinander. Sowohl Inhalte als auch Methoden dieser Feldtheorie fallen daher erfahrungsgemäß vielen Studenten nicht leicht. Aus langjähriger Lehrtätigkeit kennt der Verfasser diese Schwierigkeiten. Daher besteht sein Hauptanliegen darin, durch eine besondere Form der Stoffbewältigung das Erlernen der theoretischen Zusammenhänge so weit wie möglich zu veranschaulichen, um den Lehrstoff möglichst verständlich darzustellen: In drei einleitenden Kapiteln werden die grundlegenden Begriffe, Formeln und mathematischen Operationen wie z.B. Quellenfelder mit Ergiebigkeit, Divergenz und Gaußschem Satz, Wirbelfelder mit Zirkulation, Rotation und Stokesschem Satz, an Hand wichtiger Beispiele ausführlich erklärt. Erst danach folgen die regulären Kapitel der Feldtheorie, wobei Wiederholungen beabsichtigt sind, da sie vertiefend wirken. Back to top
