Leasing als Finanzierungsmöglichkeit wirft die unterschiedlichsten Problemkreise auf. Rechtliche und bewertungstheoretische Usancen der jeweiligen Volkswirtschaft erschweren die Entscheidungsfindung in erheblichem Maße. Darüber hinaus ergibt sich ein vergleichsweise hoher Komplexitätsgrad bei der Bewertung von Leasingverträgen. Ausgehend von den in Österreich geltenden rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen nimmt Claudia Fink eine Systematisierung der Leasingverträge vor. Die drei wesentlichen Elemente des Leasing - wer least was von wem - stehen dabei im Vordergrund der Betrachtungen. Anschließend erfolgt eine Gegenüberstellung zum „traditionellen“ Kreditkauf und in weiterer Folge eine Betrachtung der in Deutschland geltenden und in Österreich zulässigen steuerrechtlichen Linearisierungsvorschriften, welche bei bestimmten Konstellationen die Steuerarbitrage ermöglichen. Die Bewertung von Leasingverträgen wird anhand der Martingal-Theorie vorgenommen. Back to top
