Stefan Keller vermittelt in einer empirischen Erhebung die Auswirkungen der Potentialermittlung auf den Erfolg von Prozeßinnovationen. Dabei werden Gestaltungshinweise für Methodeneinsatz, Projektorganisation, Controlling und Informationsverhalten gegeben.
