Ralf Carl Klinge analysiert die Wesensmerkmale und Probleme der Kapazitätsplanung in Dienstleistungsunternehmen und stellt ein speziell darauf abgestimmtes Planungssystem vor. Meßtheoretische Anforderungen und Meßverfahren stellen wie die Probleme der Bestimmung von Kapazitätsangebot und -nachfrage Untersuchungsschwerpunkte dar.
