Das Lehrbuch versteht sich als praxisnahe Einführung in die empirische Wahlforschung. Schwerpunkte sind, neben der Behandlung der theoretischen Ansätze, die Beschreibung der wichtigsten Instrumente der Wahlforschung: die Stichprobe, die Datenerhebung und die Datenanalyse. Dabei wird auf unterschiedliche Techniken gegenwärtiger Praxis eingegangen, wie das face-to-face-Interview, das Telefoninterview, aber auch die wahlforschungsspezifische Befragung am Wahltag (exit poll). Darüber hinaus werden die entsprechenden Stichprobenverfahren behandelt und eine kritische Darstellung der datenadäquaten Analysemöglichkeiten angeboten. Back to topKeywords
