Nicht zuletzt durch die Reformen im Gesundheitswesen hat sich betriebswirtschaftliches Denken auch bei niedergelassenen Ärzten durchgesetzt. Die Betriebswirtschaftslehre hat sich bisher jedoch nur fragmentarisch mit dieser Berufsgruppe auseinandergesetzt. Vor dem Hintergrund der Wettbewerbsintensivierung im Gesundheitswesen zeigt Wolfgang Merk grundlegende betriebswirtschaftliche Überlegungen für Arztpraxen auf und analysiert den Wettbewerb zwischen niedergelassenen Ärzten. Auf der Basis von Megatrends, Prognosen und dem Konzept des Managed Care entwickelt der Autor eine strategische Managementkonzeption für Arztpraxen. Back to top
