About this book

Das Buch liefert objektivierbare Kriterien zur Ermittlung des Personalbedarfs in medizinischen Laboratorien. Es ermöglicht die Überprüfung einer gerechten Personalverteilung in gößeren Zentrallaboratorien mit mehreren Fachbereichen. Es liefert zudem Kenngrößen für die Kostenberechnung von Laboranalysen, Investionsentscheidungen, prospektiven Personalplanungen und zur Ermittlung der Arbeitsplatzauslastung. Bei den Autoren handelt es sich um Mitglieder einer Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Deutschen, Österrreichischen und Schweizerischen Gesellschaft für Klinische Chemie und der Deutschen und Österreichischen Gesellschaft für Laboratoriumsmedizin, die sich mit der Personalbedarfsermittlung befaßt.
