About this book

Im Mittelpunkt moderner Organisationstheorien steht die Profit- oder Nonprofit-Organisation in ihrem Spannungsfeld zwischen Individuum und Gesellschaft. Das Lehrbuch präsentiert aktuelle Theorien der Organisation in einer Form, die auch Einsteigern und Interessierten aus anderen Disziplinen einen Zugang ermöglicht. Ausgewählt wurden vor allem solche Ansätze, die auch im Zentrum der internationalen Diskussion stehen. Dabei beschränkt sich die Darstellung nicht auf die Theorien selbst, sondern bezieht zum tiefergehenden Verständnis auch die wissenschaftstheoretischen und sozialwissenschaftlichen Basistheorien, auf denen sie beruhen, mit ein.

Das Lehrbuch gliedert sich in folgende Abschnitte:

· Teil A: Sprech- und Sichtweisen der Wissenschaft
· Teil B: Philosophische und sozialwissenschaftliche Basistheorien
· Teil C: Organisationstheorien

"Moderne Organisationstheorien" richtet sich an Studierende und Dozenten der Betriebswirtschaftslehre und der Sozialwissenschaften.

Prof. Dr. Rainhart Lang ist Ordinarius am Lehrstuhl für Organisation und Arbeitswissenschaft an der TU Chemnitz.
