Lexus Reveals Pricing For Improved 2020 RX And RXL

Sep. 03, 2019 1:35 PM ET by Martin Bigg Pricing / 5 Comments Now with a touchscreen and Android Auto. Finally! Back in May, Lexus lifted the covers off the 2020 RX facelift, featuring refreshed styling and new standard tech. While we were relieved to discover the infotainment system has been given a much-needed update, pricing details were kept under wraps – until now.
Lexus has confirmed the 2020 RX 350 starts at $44,150 while the 2020 RX 350L will set you back $47,300. Lexus says that both models have already entered production and will be arriving in dealer showrooms shortly. The F Sport model, on the other hand, starts at $47,950, while the F Sport with the optional Performance Package will start at $50,350. All prices exclude delivery, processing and handling fees. Leuxs Leuxs Exterior updates are relatively minor, as the 2020 Lexus RX features slimmer headlights with world-first Bladescan technology that improves the precision of visibility in front of the car from 1.7 to 0.7 degrees, a new kick sensor for the rear tailgate, and two new color options: Moonbeam Beige Metallic and Nori Green Pearl. Two new wheel designs are also available, including an 18-inch wheel design and a 20-inch wheel design in the Luxury grade. As standard, the cabin comes with an eight-inch infotainment system for every trim, or an upgraded 12.3-inch touchscreen display with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smartphone integration and improved voice-recognition technology. Standard safety tech now also includes daytime bicyclist detection, low-light pedestrian detection, Road Sign Assist (RSA), and Lane Tracing Assist (LTA). Leuxs Leuxs To improve the driving dynamics, the front and rear stabilizer bars are now hollow to reduce weight, reduce body roll and improve steering response. The shock absorbers have also been re-tuned to work with the stiffer roll bars, while upgraded dampers feature a new friction control device that helps reduce vibrations, resulting in a smoother ride. Engine options have carried over from the outgoing model, meaning there's a choice of either a 3.5-liter V6 producing 295 horsepower or a 3.5-liter hybrid producing 308 hp. Gas models use an eight-speed automatic while hybrids use a CVT. Leuxs Leuxs Leuxs
