Last year, McLaren unveiled the track-focused 600LT Coupe, the fourth car to carry the legendary Longtail name with more power, less weight, and optimized aerodynamics. It followed the F1 GTR 'Longtail' that competed in the 1997 FIA GT Championship, the 675LT Coupe and the 675LT Spider. Next week, McLaren will reveal the fifth member of the Longtail family and judging from the teaser image and video released by the automaker, this is our first look at the McLaren 600LT Spider – the "600LT" inscription on the license plate is a bit of a giveaway, as are the matching taillights.
