Is A More Hardcore Pagani Huayra Coming

Last year marked the end of an era, as Pagani revealed the last ever Huayra seven years after the Italian hypercar was first introduced as a successor to the Zonda. It was called the Il Ultimo (that's Italian for "the last") and featured a livery inspired by Lewis Hamilton's Mercedes-AMG racecar. But as we know, Pagani's hypercars refuse to retire. Just look at the Zonda, which is still spawning one-off models two decades after its debut. Now, it looks like a new Pagani Huayra could be in the cards that's even more hardcore than the insane Huayra BC. CarBuzz Supercar collector Kris Singh, who owns the unique Pagani Huayra La Monza Lisa built just for him, has shared a spy shot of what looks like a new Huayra variant on his Instagram page. At the back, the camouflaged Huayra has been fitted with a carbon fiber roof scoop similar to the Zonda Cinque's. This isn't unusual, as we've seen other custom Huayra BC's fitted with a similar scoop. Intriguingly, Pagani has also fitted the hypercar with a bespoke carbon fiber rear diffuser with a larger central tunnel and some extra fins on the edges. Also, the fins above the taillights look similar to the ones found on the Huayra Roadster. Of course, this could be another one-off Huayra BC built for a very wealthy customer, but the camouflage suggests Pagani could be working on a new, more extreme version of the Huayra BC coupe. We've already seen spy shots of a prototype Huayra BC Roadster, but this the first time a new Huayra Coupe has been spotted. We can't wait to see what Pagani is cooking up.
