Aston Martin DB11 GT-RS Unveiled With New Shoes And 700 HP

Acclaimed German wheelmaker Wheelsandmore were so enamored with the design of the Aston Martin DB11, that when it came to creating a styling package for the stunning British grand tourer the only area it focused on was the wheels. Dubbed the GT-RS, upgrades are limited to a pair of new wheel designs: 6Sporz and F.I.W.E. The forged multipiece alloys allow for a range of finishes, from cap integration to colored outlines. Pictured on the black DB11 is a set of F.I.W.E alloys staggered 20/21-inches front/rear with body-colored centers. Wheelsandmore The wheels also boast high-gloss polished stainless-steel rims, wrapped in Pirelli rubber. On the specter-silver DB11, Wheelsandmore opted for wheels staggered 21/22 inches front/rear, with a carbon-look surface and body-colored outer rims, wrapped in Continental SportContact 6 tires. The tuning house is currently also working on a performance upgrade kit for the 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 that currently delivers over 600 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels via an 8-speed automatic, with the DB11 capable of a top speed in excess of 200 mph. The aim is to boost output to over 700 hp and 604 lb-ft of torque. A valve-flap controlled exhaust is also under development, which is said to enhance the engine's soundtrack.
