This Is What The Ferrari F12 M Could Look Like

As we know, Ferrari is busy working on a new version of the F12 Berlinetta rumored to be called the F12 M. It will have to be a very special supercar indeed if it is to surpass the ferocious F12tdf. So far we've only seen the F12 M in camouflage, but this render courtesy of Marco Maltese of Trazione Posteriore gives us an idea of how the final production car may look. Much like how the 488 improved the 458, the F12 M promises to be a worthy upgrade, but don't expect anything too radical. The render is based on all the F12 M design rumors that have been floating around, featuring a revised front-end with an altered bumper, a larger air intake, brake cooling ducts and similar headlights to the GTC4 Lusso. At the rear, the F12 M render sports four taillights as opposed to the two fitted to the F12tdf, along with a larger spoiler and diffuser. It's an altogether more aggressive design than the hardcore F12tdf that certainly has our approval. The F12 M is expected to retain the tdf's naturally-aspirated, 6.3-liter V12 engine, which produces 770 horsepower and 520 lb-ft, though you would expect more power to make the F12 M a worthy upgrade. Other reports have suggested the power output will creep over 800-hp, which would be more like it. Rumor also has it that Ferrari may also offer an entry-level T version of the F12 M similar to the GTC4 Lusso T with a twin-turbo 3.9-liter V8 and around 710 hp. It's likely we'll see the unveil of the Ferrari F12 M at this year's Geneva Motor Show in March, which is just around the corner.
