Wolverine Replaces Batman As Enzo Ferrari In Michael Mann' s New Movie

Reason being was that the actor concluded the excessive weight gain would seriously damage his health. No shit. According to Deadline, however, another superhero star has stepped into the Old Man's shoes: Wolverine actor Hugh Jackman. Development on the Ferrari film has been ongoing for several years now and Bale's exit last year created yet another delay. Mann, who directed "Heat" and "Collateral," among many other greats, also wrote the script, which is set in 1957. It was during that time when Ferrari experienced death, failure, success, and fame – all while battling arch rival Maserati. Now that Jackman has retired from playing Wolverine, he no longer needs to be in top physical shape, so gaining extra pounds for his new role shouldn't be too much of a concern. Ferrari
