2019 Ford Ranger Has Over 75 Cool Accessories You Can Buy

Oct. 15, 2018 2:40 PM ET by Jay Traugott Trucks / 1 Comment Thanks to this leaked guide we also know some pricing. The reborn 2019 Ford Ranger will very soon be arriving in dealerships across the US. You can even go to Ford's official website and configure your ideal Ranger. Trust us, it's addicting. But what about accessories? After all, what would a pickup truck be without some tempting OEM accessories to choose from? Thanks to the folks at the Ranger5G forum we now have our first look at the list of accessories and their prices. This leaked order guide, which has just been sent to Ford dealerships pretty much reveals everything. All told, there are over 75 accessories listed here. Everything from bed rails, mats, and liners to tailgate lock, pivot storage box, tonneau/bed covers, and a remote start system are shown. Ford Ford Ford Yes, some items have 'TBA' listed under price but it likely won't be too long until those figures are known. The price range for these accessories obviously varies by the item. For example, a bed tailgate liner costs only $64.29 while 18-inch machined black wheels cost $999. You can even tack on a rear seat entertainment system for $995. A few notable exterior accessories include racks and carriers for bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, skis/snowboards, and ladders. Front tow hooks for both 2WD and 4WD Rangers are available for $75 while a stainless steel trailer hitch ball costs as little as $25. There's also a lot of interior items like door sill plates, a first-aid kit, and all-weather floor mats. There's even an iPad tablet cradle that mounts to the headrest supports for $139. The 2019 Ford Ranger begins at $24,300 for the base XL SuperCab powered by a 2.3-liter EcoBoost turbo four engine good for 210 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque. The Ranger XLT SuperCab starts at $27,940 but that will increase to just over $31,000 if you opt for 4WD. A top trim Lariat SuperCab 4x2 goes for at least $32,210 but that price quickly soars to nearly $39,000 if you select the SuperCrew and 4WD. Now all that's left to wait for is the off-road Ranger Raptor. Could it debut in the coming months? We certainly hope so. Ford Ford Ford
