In stock form, the 2020 Audi RS7's 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 pumps out 591 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, but ABT's modifications have increased the output to a staggering 740 horsepower and 678 lb-ft of torque - that's more power than you get in a Lamborghini Aventador S supercar. To complement the Audi RS7-R's power boost, ABT has also fitted a series of carbon-fiber add-ons that give the exterior a more striking appearance, including a front grille frame, front spoiler lip, rear spoiler, and a rear diffuser. The modified Audi RS-R also sits on custom 22-inch wheels.
