Get Excited For The 2021 BMW M4 And 4 Series Cabrio

The 2021 BMW 4 Series Coupe has officially broken cover, and to say that the new design is divisive is an understatement. As leaked photos had already shown, the redesigned sports coupe has a bold new look distinguished by a massive kidney grille inspired by the 4 Series Concept. You're either going to love it or hate it. Either way, we're going to have to get used to it because it will also be applied to the new M4 and M3. Now that the production 2021 BMW 4 Series has been unveiled, we have a very clear idea of what the new M4 will look like. This has enabled artist X-Tomi Design to mock up this accurate render of the new BMW M4 just a few hours after the regular 4 Series was shown to the world. X-Tomi Design X-Tomi Design Compared to the standard car, the 2021 BMW M4 has been rendered with all the BMW M design hallmarks we've come to expect, such as more aggressive front air intakes, wider fenders, unique wheels, and a distinctive blue exterior finish. The artist hasn't previewed the rear of the car, but we already know the new M4 will also have a quad exhaust system. X-Tomi Design has also rendered the upcoming next-generation BMW 4 Series Convertible ahead of its debut, which probably won't happen until next year. BMW M CEO Markus Flasch recently confirmed the new BMW M4 will debut this September alongside the new M3. Production is expected to start in November before customer deliveries begin next spring. BMW Editorial Use only Currently, the M440i xDrive is the most powerful version of the new 4 Series range thanks to a3.0-liter turbo-six and a 48-volt starter-generator producing a combined 382 horsepower and 369 lb-ft. This setup enables the new 4 Series to accelerate form 0-62 mph in just 4.3 seconds. The BMW M4, on the other hand, will use the same 3.0-liter inline-six engine that powers the X3 M and X4 M. Flasch has confirmed this unit will produce 503 hp in the range-topping M4 Competition. Expect the base model to match the X3 M and X4 M's 473-hp output. Multiple configurations will cater for all tastes, as the BMW M4 will be available with rear- or all-wheel drive and a six-speed manual or a dual-clutch automatic. BMW BMW BMW
