After a long wait, the all-new 2021 Land Rover Defender has finally returned to the US. Deliveries of the reborn off-roader are already underway, but demand is currently outweighing supply. But if you want an off-roader that blends the original Defender's vintage styling with modern technology and creature comforts, the retromod community offers a variety of options. This latest Land Rover Defender Restomod project is the work of Florida-based ECD Automotive Design, which is no stranger to building bespoke Defenders. This custom Land Rover Defender 110 is called the Project Big Sky as a reference to its retro Tamar Blue finish. Complementing its classic blue color is a traditional colored roof finished in Chawton White with a full-length G4 Expedition roof rack. It also rides on Huntsman 1945 Retro Classic Light Alloy wheels wrapped in BFG All-Terrain tires.
