We've recently seen a Corvette race a Tesla Model 3 with some seriously surprising results, but what about some inter-generational competition? Hennessy Performance has recently posted a video in which a heavily modified C7 Corvette takes on a stock C8 Stingray. Sure it doesn't seem fair, but who cares when you get to see two powerful cars go head to head on the track. First, let's talk about the cars. The C8 spotted in the video is a bone stock example, with a 6.2-liter V8 sending 490 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels via an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic.
